1. WebVisitAnalyser

The WebVisitAnalyser is a tool developed by Vicus that recognizes the web visitor (organization) at site / shop visit and immediately builds an up-to-date and real-time profile. The lead score, interests, credit score, industry (SBI code), and stage in the purchase process (buyer/customer journey) are made transparent and stored directly in vtiger CRM.

The WebVisitAnalyser thus provides organizations with actionable information for obtaining, qualifying and prioritizing leads and prospects. Your account managers can then get to work immediately with the 'best' customers and prospects. More info

Relationships module 2.

Vtiger add-on to manually create additional relationships between Leads, Contacts and Accounts. It is also possible to set the status of each relation and to add a comment. Via the reporting module an overview of the relations can be presented (Actor A - Actor B - Relation type / remarks). Vicus can add extra fields to the relation.

3. PDF Maker

This vtiger module enables organizations to create very nice PDF documents for document types like invoices, orders, order confirmations and packing slips. Almost indispensable for a professional image of your organization.
In PDF Maker, fields can be retrieved from all connected modules. PDF Maker can provide a product overview and perform calculations as required so that you can provide your customer with an appropriate quotation. More infos

4. Dynamic Fields

Makes forms within vtiger CRM more user friendly. Certain fields within vtiger CRM are displayed or not depending on the filling of other fields. This vtiger add-on is very useful to facilitate data entry by your employees and to prevent errors.

6. GEOtools

With the vtiger module GEOtools, organizations can easily and quickly map the locations of their relations. Very useful if you want to get an idea of the geographical spread of your customers or plan an efficient route for your sales staff. Application of the add-on Geotools within your organization ensures that your account managers can organize and spend their (travel) time more efficiently. More info

7. Colored lines in lists

In a simple way, the module allows colored list lines within vtiger to be marked and colored. These are lines that conform to the same characteristics.

8. Payments (Record payments on invoices).

Within vtiger you can by default give an invoice the status 'paid'. You cannot register amounts in the standard version. After installing the Dutch vtiger add-on 'Payments' you can register individual (partial) payments within vtiger. This closes the entire sales cycle. You only need to ensure that the payments are entered (this can be done with an import).

You still have to pay Vicus separately to ensure that the payments are added up in a field on the invoice as well as that the invoice status goes to paid if the amount paid equals or exceeds the invoice amount. Only then is the cycle complete. More info

9. Customer Portal

Excellent for increasing customer satisfaction. You offer your customers control and insight without costing you time. Your customers themselves have access to a service portal. When setting up the portal, you determine what your customers are allowed to see and change. This includes personal information, products and appointments. Learn more

10. Gantt Chart

This vtiger modules is indispensable for project-based companies. With the Gantt Chart, tasks within several projects can be better managed simultaneously. The Gantt Chart, horizontal bar charts, shows the tasks within one or more projects within (complete) project periods. The project tasks can be visualized per day, week and month.

Use of this module improves the project management skills of employees within your organization. Also, the module ensures that deadlines, tasks, etc. can be managed better and more clearly. The chances of not meeting deadlines can thus be prevented.
