Rotterdam Coaching was looking for a solution to simplify quotation processing and registration of coaching sessions and that clients can view their coaching sessions in the vtiger client portal.
Vicus optimized the existing layout of Vtiger CRM and provided layout and design of quotes and integrated them into the vtiger system. This project required a lot of UX adjustments in the backend of vtiger to provide a proper layout. Vicus customized the appointment overview, which is not standard in vtiger's portal. This was done so that clients can log in and instantly see their coaching sessions and relevant documents in the client portal.
Vicus also linked the Google calendar to Vtiger CRM so that all appointments that come in are automatically attached to the right person via a workflow.
