Step by Step
The implementation of Vtiger CRM was not carried out in one go. In consultation with Bwaste, Vicus split the project into a number of phases. The first stage was the installation and creation of the various users. This was followed by a workshop. During this workshop a number of modules were explained.
Then the sales and quotation process was set up. When this was completed, another workshop was held. During this meeting, the quotation process was discussed in particular.
To make everything one, Vicus also paid attention to the design. Everything has been given the look and feel of Bwaste. With the PDF maker as an additional module, beautiful templates can also be presented.
Work efficiently and plan better
Bwaste now has a streamlined process from quotation to sales. Partly due to the workshops, the employees within Bwaste were able to work confidently with Vtiger. Vicus has thus made it possible for the work to be carried out more efficiently. This is not just about processing leads, for example.
By adding the GEO tool module, they can also plan their travel schedules more efficiently. This is because GEO tool makes leads and contacts visible on the Google map. By making this highly visible, a route is also planned more quickly.
