Qbiq was not satisfied with their Microsoft platform they were using to keep track of their leads, customer files and quotes. Qbiq therefore wanted to switch to another system and away from the Microsoft platform because of the high licensing costs. However, they wanted to keep the same way of working in order to get the most out of the automation.
Vicus assisted with the migration of all data from the Microsoft CRM platform to Vtiger CRM. After all data was imported Vicus cleaned the system and removed corrupt data. As a result, the sales opportunities in the back-end are better presented and a good overview was created of the quotations that are sent to customers.
