Vicus implemented vtiger crm with link to King within MS Vision. In addition, it will work according to Vicus' award-winning JourneyFunnel model.
Vicus installed the Vtiger CRM environment and linked is cooperation with King-dealer MCC to King. In a workshop the entire operation of the system was gone through and the possibilities of vtiger were discussed and the configuration settings were determined. Vicus then further configured Vtiger and the link with King.
In a follow-up workshop, et the sales team went deeper into the JourneyFunnel model and how it fits into MS Vision's practice. Vicus then set up the crm according to the JourneyFunnel model and MS Vision's specific situation.
Soon we will be initiating another marketing team into the JourneyFunnel model so that MS Vision's salespeople and marketers can work together more intensively that will translate into better MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and MQL/SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) conversion.
