How can I customize columns that you see at the pop-up products in a quote, order or invoice

You do this as follows (you must be logged in as admin):
- Go to the Products module
- Click on Edit (with the wrench) and then on Format fields
- For each field that has the Header attribute turned on (with the little flag), those fields will be shown in the pop-up. You cannot change the order.
