Adjustment of VOSBA KingSync because of King update to 5.48

When reading in King, those XML files are checked. As of release 5.48 which is coming soon, this check has been tightened in a number of ways.

This makes reading more reliable, but it is also possible that files that could always be read without problems, are no longer accepted in King 5.48. This document explains what you can do to make the reading process with King 5.48 go smoothly.
