Update to vtiger 6.5 for Onkenhout implemented

This new version of vtiger is immediately connected to Magento's web forms. Every information request made in the Magento webshop is stored directly in vtiger for further follow-up. Workflows in vtiger ensure that the correct account manager is informed about the request.
