About Vicus

This is what you will do
As a Vtiger CRM Consultant (24-40h) you will be heavily involved in setting up processes for customer relationship management and marketing automation. You will implement marketing, sales, service and delivery processes. You will also give customers the right advice on how to connect Vtiger CRM to their business processes!
Installing plug-ins and setting up the CRM system for customers is also part of the job. No day is the same for you, so it's nice and varied :).

Of Vtiger CRM there is both an Open Source version and a cloud version. both versions are supported by Vicus.

You will work with a small but super cozy team where many jokes are told among themselves. You have a lot of room to develop yourself and we work with a point system, where projects that are completed well earn a line on the whiteboard. At 10 stripes, a company outing is organized. Do you enjoy taking clients on board to improve business processes?
And do you possess the following points:
- HBO working and thinking level focused on processes or business administration.
- You are eager to learn, want to develop yourself and learn from your mistakes.
- Affinity with crm processes around sales, (event driven) marketing and/or customer service processes
- Demonstrated experience with at least 1 crm package.
- Experience with email/marketing automation packages such as Hubspot, Sharpspring, Mailchimp or Mautic, then you are already a step ahead 😉
