Vicus introduces Vtiger CRM patch subscription

Vicus now offers the vtiger upgrade service where we release the most important fixes as a patch. Some of these are fixes for problems, some are security improvements. With this subscription, we put the latest patches on your vtiger system every three months.

Every software contains bugs. Sometimes you don't notice them at all, sometimes you are confronted with them. That is why we regularly fix bugs reported by our customers. In addition, bugs are fixed in the community.

One of the advantages of Open Source software is that no licensing fees apply. On the other hand, there is a limited budget available to fix bugs in the software. So when a bug occurs, you can wait for a subsequent version or ask Vicus to fix it. Because we regularly deal with the same bugs at different customers, we can often share the cost of investigating and fixing them across different customers. We think we can further improve cost sharing by collectively distributing the solutions collected.

Always the latest bug fixes in your vtiger system

We now offer a service where every three months we collect the most important fixes and release them as a patch. Some of these are fixes for existing problems, some are security improvements. You can subscribe to this. We will then put the latest patches on your vtiger system every three months.

You can participate from vtiger version 7.1 onwards

You can participate starting with vtiger version 7.1. If you have a lower version then you must first upgrade to vtiger version 7.1 including the latest patches.

We also offer vtiger enterprise packages. In our enterprise packages all patches and upgrades are already included, so you are always using the most stable vtiger version including the latest patches.
