Nothing human is strange to us: besides gaining new knowledge and acquaintances/friends, it was also particularly fun and instructive that some of the customers who left us told us, with hindsight, they would have been better off staying with Vicus. Because in practice our advice turned out to be right: don't focus too much on the design but pay attention to what demonstrably and structurally contributes to the conversion and growth of the company. Including sales, customer service, customer value, loyalty and of course search engine optimization. In short, look at "the whole egg" but choose the right focus. We speak from experience: Vicus has over 20 years of experience in e-business innovation and quickly making (sales) results measurable.
Also gratifying but frankly not really surprising was the feedback from our business partners. With them, it often happens that employees don't know us because there are so few problems with Vicus' technology. And because we often fix a defect ourselves before it becomes a problem.
