Support through the Vicus service desk!
With this subscription to our basic support you can use our Service Desk. A maintenance subscription has many advantages and your website will always be up-to-date with the latest WordPress version.
Via the Servicedesk you can request support from Vicus employees on working days (Mon to Fri, except public holidays) during office hours (9.00-17.00), both by telephone and e-mail.
Official WordPress patches we perform and test if all functions of the webshop still work.
Vicus automatically backs up the site "just in case" and a staging and development environment so that development and testing are not done on the live environment.
Get access to the Vicus customer portal. This way you, as a customer, can immediately see all developments, updates and upgrades that are carried out on the web shop.
Connection to the CMDB (Configuration Management) of Vicus with which we keep track of the configuration of your webshop and we know exactly which modules have been accommodated in the webshop.
Your shop will be connected to our management panel. With this we keep an eye on your shop. You will also receive a monthly report on the status of your WordPress/WooCommerce shop.
