This complete solution consists of a number of components that together ensure a smoothly operating coupling.

• optional VOSBA Magento 1 maintenance subscription*.

DISCLAIMER Magento 1

Magento 1 is no longer formally supported. Also this link with Magento 1 is not further developed. However, it can still be used and when switching to Magento 2, this link can be exchanged. You then pay the price difference + the hours needed at that moment to make the link work with your new (Magento 2) webshop.

Vicus makes every effort to keep the link secure and stable within the possibilities of the obsolete technology, but cannot guarantee this. Additional measures will be implemented in consultation to ensure safety and compatibility.

Module 1: <bookmark content="Mage2King: VOSBA Coupling King H/EMagento 1" level="2">Mage2King: VOSBA Coupling King H/EMagento 1

VOSBA Mage2King integrates your webshop with King Business Software version Commerce or Enterprise. VOSBA is the e-solutions middleware solution of Vicus.

Global operation:

• You enter articles and category classification on your webshop. In King, you will get a free heading on the article card; in it, you indicate in which category(s) the article should be shown in your webshop;
• Articles (standard in 1 language), including two images (advice: jpg format, size max 800x600 pixels, max 100kb per image) are automatically transferred from King to the webshop;
• Customers (Debtors) are automatically transferred from King to Webshop as a login account;
• New login accounts for the Webshop are automatically created in King as Debtors;
• Sales orders are automatically presented by the Web shop to King;
• Also the stock levels are automatically sent from King to the Webshop; in Magento the stock can be shown as number, traffic light (Magento plug-in required), as article available/not available or not shown at all.

Module 2: Mage2King: VOSBA link-only surcharge

You have chosen not to have your Magento webshop built and/or maintained by Vicus. Therefore you pay a surcharge on the normal price of the link.

Points of interest:

• The Vicus link also includes one or more modules that we support on an after-the-fact basis when the Magento is not under our management. There can be many reasons why a module from Vicus may not work that are beyond our control.
• If another builder creates or modifies the shop, there can always be a technical conflict that was not foreseen. We will be happy to help you solve them, on an estimated basis.

Module 3: VOSBA Sync subscription (data+storage)

The VOSBA e-solutions middleware takes care of the communication between your applications. The annual fee is intended to cover the cost of data traffic, disk space, server and monitoring. In the case of multiple links, this item may appear more frequently in the budget.

When an account exhibits exceptional usage, Vicus allows you to pay a surcharge for this additional usage.
