With this module you create your own web forms which are stored in the Vtiger database. Each web form is stored as a separate record. If it concerns an existing relation (Contact or Lead) the web form will be linked to this relation. If no link can be made to an existing Contact or Lead then a new Lead or Contact (adjustable) is automatically created.
The disadvantage of the standard method of Vtiger Open Source is that a Lead is always created as soon as a web form is submitted. So when 1 Contact completes multiple web forms (over time), you get a new Lead each time. With this new module, that is no longer necessary and you get a tab with all completed forms for each Lead/Contact.
Vicus creates a web form that can be used to request information. After the web form is completed and submitted by the website visitor, the content of the web form is recorded in vtiger as Lead.
- the form by default contains the fields first name, last name, organization name, email, phone number;
- additional fields can be added via the normal studio function;
- the web form is delivered as a standard HTML form with css classes, in a neutral design; the client or his web builder takes care of the placement and final css styling of this form on the website. If desired, Vicus can take care of this or support your web builder.
- One language is supported by default, the web form can be copied and translated.

Optional:
- With an additional module, contacts can be invited to fill out web forms. Thereby Organization Name, First Name and Last Name are already filled in, as well as an invisible identifier. A 100% match is guaranteed.

It is especially convenient that the forms are directly linked to the correct existing relation (any new relations are automatically created).
